Description

The contract awarded to Termrim Construction was the seventh procured under our Partnering Arrangement with Methodist Homes.

The scheme in Clayton, Bradford was the construction of a 46-unit Extra Care Home, with 14 of the properties for sale and the rest available to rent.

It was built on a site that previously housed a council-run home and that was sold to Methodist Homes by Bradford Metropolitan District Council.

The timber-framed building provided additional facilities, such as assisted bathing, hairdressing and a health room for use by residents and also the local community.

The £5.1 million contract started on site in November 2005 and was completed in May 2007.
