Termrim Construction has successfully handed over 20 new houses to long standing client Yorkshire Housing at a site in Bramley, near Leeds.

The new homes were built on a brownfield site that had previously housed a Council care home, which closed after being unable to meet modern care standards.

The new affordable homes include 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties and offer residents a choice of tenure, including housing for rent and housing for outright sale. They were funded by a partnership between Yorkshire Housing, Leeds City Council and The Homes & Communities Agency.
