Plans for Trigot Court in South Kirkby, Wakefield.
Termrim Construction has won an open tender for the Trigot Court project in South Kirkby, which is its first contract for Wakefield District Housing (WDH).
The JCT (2011) Design & Build contract is for 20 new homes for affordable rent and shared ownership.
The scheme consists of six 3-bed houses, eight 2-bed houses and six 2-bed bungalows, and will be completed in February 2018.
WDH procured the contract through the Re:allies Framework, which Termrim Construction is one of the approved contractors for.
The novated architects for the scheme are Self Architects.
20 new homes will be built on the South Kirkby site.
