Salt and No. 4 Warehouse Conversions
Termrim Construction undertook a major refurbishment project to convert two canalside warehouses into a mixed use development.
The two separate buildings, known locally as the Salt and No. 4 Warehouses, are situated adjacent to the canal at Sowerby Bridge, Halifax and date back to 1770.
The completed project offers a mixture of retail, office and leisure use.
The contract was for British Waterways/Sowerby Wharf Partnership and was completed in December 2003.
