New Contract Awarded to Build 49 New Homes in Scarborough for Yorkshire Housing | Termrim Construction

Following the procurement of an open tender process Termrim Construction have successfully secured the contract to build forty nine, 2 and 3 bedroom houses, for Yorkshire Housing. The new homes are being built on a 4 acre site adjacent to Lady Edith’s Drive, on the west side of Scarborough. The JCT Design & Build contract will commence on site in April 2020, with completion of the new homes in October 2021.

The award of another strategic contract with Yorkshire Housing demonstrates the ongoing partnership of our respective organisations, working together to deliver new affordable housing across the Yorkshire region.

Speaking about the partnership, Tony Askew of Yorkshire Housing said, "We are delighted to be working in partnership with Termrim Construction at Lady Ediths Drive, as well as Carleton Road in Skipton, following the successful delivery of sites at Outwood Lane in Horsforth and New Hey Road in Huddersfield.
