Termrim Construction has successfully handed over 20 new houses to long standing client Yorkshire Housing at a site in Bramley, near Leeds.
Formed in 1976 and still a privately-owned business, Termrim Construction is an award-winning construction company that successfully delivers multimillion-pound projects in both the public and private sectors across the North of England and the Midlands.
Our core sectors are extra care/assisted living, public & private sector housing, restoration and renovation, and commercial developments.
As we have invested many years in building a team full of experience and innovation, we have the skills to deliver new builds, refurbishment projects, regeneration schemes and conversions of listed and historic buildings in each of those markets.
This range of experience is reflected in a diverse client base, which includes housing associations, social landlords, local authorities and charities, along with private developers and public listed companies.
Our contracts are procured through national frameworks and long-term strategic partnerships and our collaborative approach and exceptional standards of quality lead to a high level of repeat business.
We promote collaborative working with early contractor involvement to work with our clients on risk review, design and specification proposals, and improved life-cycle costs.
This method helps us to deliver buildings that are designed and built to the highest environmental standard, reducing waste, conserving energy and minimising emissions.
