Mill Meadows

Termrim Construction are currently on site delivering 113 new two-,three-,four- and five-bedroom family-friendly houses and bungalows for open market sale. 

The development delivers eight different home styles, located on the Mill Meadows Estate which was partially developed by Beyond Housing six years ago.

This final phase of the development will run for three years, with handover of the final homes scheduled for spring 2024.

As part of the overall development a 8.35 acre Public Open Space is being created, protecting the existing hedgerows and habitats and creating new landscaped areas, new tree and hedge planting and a network of new footpaths, swales and ponds to capture and regulate rainfall and surface water. In addition play areas and MUGA facilities will also be created for use by residents and the local community.
