Description
The construction of 14 new two bedroom homes for South Yorkshire Housing Association was our seventh contract secured under the In Business for Yorkshire Framework.
The scheme was a JCT Design & Build contract, secured in open competition and achieving all necessary HCA Design Standards.
It was completed and handed over in March 2014, one week ahead of contract completion.
