Description

The contract to build 16 new two and three bedroom homes was secured in open competition, as part of the In Business for Yorkshire Framework.

The stone and render homes in the Railway Terrace development were built to comply with all HCA Design Standards.

During the construction of the new homes we were able to create strong links with the local community and we received high commendation under the Considerate Constructors Scheme for our work in this area.

As part of our community involvement, we sponsored a swimming gala for youngsters with cerebral palsy at Normanton Swimming Pool, which was adjacent to the site.

The scheme was completed and handed over to Yorkshire Housing in March 2013.
