Description

Termrim Construction has successfully completed its fifth contract under the In Business for Yorkshire Framework Agreement with Yorkshire Housing Association.

Work commenced on site at Waterloo Grove in Pudsey in December 2007 and was handed over to Yorkshire Housing Association in December 2008.

The £4.2 million project involved a mixture of 22 three & four bed houses and 12 two bed apartments.

A proportion of the 3 bed houses were made available for rent, with the remaining properties sold as part of a shared ownership agreement.

The development at Pudsey was built using timber frame construction and had a contract duration of 52 weeks.
