Termrim is proud to have broken ground this month on Rawsons Wood — a 30-home affordable housing scheme for Together Housing Group, delivered as part of the Calderdale Together Investment Partnership (CTHIP).
Having supported the design development stage, we’re now leading construction in close collaboration with Acanthus WSM Architects, OEC Consulting Engineers Ltd, and CPC Project Services, to deliver this high-performing, low-carbon scheme on a brownfield site bordered by ecologically sensitive woodland.
Each home has been designed to achieve an EPC A rating, supporting Together Housing’s commitment to futureproofed, sustainable communities.
Key features include:
✅ Air source heat pumps
✅ Thermal hot water storage
✅ Enhanced insulation
✅ PV panels with battery storage
✅ EV charging points & A-rated appliances
As sustainable technologies become the norm, we remain committed to helping clients adopt and deliver low-carbon solutions that meet future housing standards.
The scheme is being delivered through the Efficiency North framework, with a strong emphasis on generating meaningful social value throughout the build. It is also registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
Having previously delivered the nearby Rooley Heights development, we’re delighted to return to Sowerby Bridge to help bring forward this next chapter in affordable housing for Calderdale.
