Project Update: Sugar Hill, Oulton

Progress Update! Our site team and supply chain are making excellent progress at our Sugar Hill development for Leeds Federated Housing Association. This significant regeneration project is being delivered through the Efficiency North Framework, transforming the former Airey homes into modern, energy-efficient housing for the community.

Current site highlights include:

• Phase 2 foundations and superstructure works are now underway
• Show homes scheduled for completion by the end of June
• Phased handovers of Phase 1a, 1b, and 1c are ongoing, with several homes already handed over and occupied
