Termrim Construction secures £2m contract for 21 new homes in Sheffield

Termrim Construction is  build 21 new homes in Sheffield for Pennine Housing 2000 and Synergy Housing Solutions.
Termrim Construction has successfully secured a £2 million contract to build 21 new homes in Sheffield for Pennine Housing 2000 and Synergy Housing Solutions following a competitive tender process.

The properties will be constructed at a site on Harborough Avenue in Sheffield, which was cleared of its 1960s housing stock ahead of the commencement of the Design and Build contract.

The new homes being built for rent include two and three-bedroom houses and two disabled person’s bungalows.

 

All homes will be designed and built to Lifetime Homes Standard, Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and Secured by Design Standard.
