Termrim Construction wins contract to build 38 new homes for SYHA

Following competitive tenders, Termrim Construction has secured two further contracts to build a total of 38 new homes in Rotherham and Sheffield for South Yorkshire Housing Association.

The sites in Canklow (16 homes) and Darnall (22 homes) will provide two, three and four bedroom affordable homes.

They are to be built under JCT Design & Build Contracts and designed to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3, the Homes and Communities Agency, Design & Build Quality Standards, Building for Life Standard and Secured by Design.
